CITY OF ANGELS
City of Angels integrates 1940s pop music and the film noir genre to tell the story of a struggling writer named simply “Stine” as he attempts to adapt his whodunit novel into a Hollywood screenplay. Along the way, Stine must come to grips with the Hollywood system and his rocky personal life.
Because the story interweaves Stine's experiences in Hollywood with the actions of the fictional characters in his novel, many of the costumes required duplicates, one in color and one in black-and-white.
